I am working as a Lead AI Scientist at Silo.AI. I defended my PhD in machine learning in September 2019 at Aalto University, Department of Computer Science in the Probabilistic Machine Learning group, which was almost exactly 10 years after I had started my Bachelor’s studies at the same university.
I have volunteered computation time of my personal computers to the search of extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI@home) and occasionally other projects on the BOINC computational platform:
